01Our commitment
Crossover Labs wants everyone to be able to use crossoverlabs.ai, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, voice control, screen magnification or captions.
This statement covers crossoverlabs.ai and the Crossover Labs pages on its subdomains, such as event registration (register.crossoverlabs.ai), document signing (sign.crossoverlabs.ai) and ShiftBoss (shiftboss.crossoverlabs.ai).
02The standard we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, published by the W3C.
03Where we are today
crossoverlabs.ai partially conforms to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. That means most of it meets the standard and some parts may not yet. What we know about:
- Our event cover images include text. The same details are in each image's text alternative and on the event page itself.
- The home page has decorative motion. It slows down when your device asks for reduced motion.
- We have not yet finished a full manual review with every major screen reader.
04What we do about it
- We run automated WCAG 2.2 AA checks on our pages and fix what they find.
- We check new pages with a keyboard and a screen reader before we publish them.
- We fix problems in the code itself. We don't use accessibility overlay widgets.
05Tell us about a problem
If something on this site doesn't work for you, email hello@crossoverlabs.ai. Tell us the page and what went wrong. We reply within 5 business days, and while we fix it we'll help you get the information or reach us another way.
06Technical details
crossoverlabs.ai uses HTML, CSS and JavaScript and is built to work with current versions of the major browsers and screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS, TalkBack).
