01Who we are
Crossover Labs ("we" or "us") runs crossoverlabs.ai. Questions about this policy or your information go to hello@crossoverlabs.ai.
02What we collect and why
- Contact and build-plan forms. The name, email address, company, phone number (if you give one) and message you type. We use them to reply to you. Our form service on our own server receives the form, emails it to our team through Resend, posts a notice to our team's Slack, and emails you a confirmation.
- Newsletter. Your email address, so we can send the newsletter you asked for. The newsletter runs on beehiiv. Every issue has an unsubscribe link.
- Live chat. On pages with our chat, the messages you type go to our team in Slack and are saved on our server so we can answer them.
- Analytics. Google Analytics 4 records the pages you visit, clicks, scrolling, time on page, whether a form was started or sent (never what you typed in it), and your browser, device and approximate location. It sets cookies (for example
_ga). - Server logs. Our web server records your IP address, browser, the page requested and the time, to keep the site running and secure.
- Fonts. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
03What we don't do
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for targeted advertising. We don't use advertising pixels or session recording on this site.
04Who else handles it
Only the services named above, each for the job described: our hosting provider (our server), Resend (email delivery), Slack (team notifications and chat), beehiiv (newsletter) and Google (Analytics and Fonts). We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
05How long we keep it
Form messages and chats: as long as we need them to answer you and keep a record of our work together, or until you ask us to delete them. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Analytics: for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account. Server logs: a short time, for security.
06Your choices and rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@crossoverlabs.ai. We'll answer within 30 days. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, or use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Depending on where you live (for example California, other US states, the EU or the UK) you may have further rights, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
07Children
This site is for businesses. It is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
08Changes
If we change this policy we will post the new version here with a new date.
